LEGAL UPDATE: Did you know that on 24 April the Prime Minister of Vietnam issued a new Directive  on combatting Covid-19 following the relaxation of social distancing measures on 23 April?

On 24 April, one day after the Government relaxed social distancing measures in Vietnam, the Prime Minister issued new instructions (Directive 19) to the nation on how Vietnam and its people will continue to combat Covid-19 but taking into consideration the socio-economic impacts. He calls on all the ministries, Government departments, agencies and People’s Committees as well as the people to continue to work together in this effort and not be complacent as Vietnam slowly re-opens for business. We admire the leadership reflected in this Directive.
